All plumbing, drain relining, gas fitting, and hot water installation work performed by our team is covered under the warranty for as long as you own the home.
No charge for return visits or labour costs to fix workmanship faults. If we did it wrong, we come back and fix it for free. No fine print, no excuses.
We assess every warranty concern promptly and book a technician where a site visit is needed. No unnecessary delays, no hidden fees, no hostile claim assessments.
The warranty covers our workmanship, not everything that can ever go wrong with a plumbing system. These exclusions sit outside the warranty so you know where the line is up front:
Damage caused after the job by misuse, third parties, or failure to maintain the system is not covered by the warranty.
Fixtures, pipes, and systems naturally degrade over time. Wear and tear is not a workmanship fault and is not covered by our warranty.
Manufacturer faults are covered by the product's own warranty, not ours. Where a product fails, we will help you claim against the manufacturer directly.
If another plumber, tradie, or DIYer has altered the system after we left, the warranty no longer applies to that area of the plumbing.
